Operations and Maintenance Projects

Installations will take place on an area by area basis, whereby homeowners will be alerted by a notice from Neptune at their door.

Please, only those customers who have received a notice from Neptune should attempt to schedule an appointment.

* Please note all online installation appointments should be made 2 weeks in advance.

Appointments can be made from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday. Weekend installations can also be arranged. A new meter installation takes about 1.5 hours (barring any necessary modifications). If your meter is being changed out the change out time is usually 45 minutes.
